Google Business Profile management
Your Google Business Profile, fully managed
Your Google Business Profile is the listing customers see on Google Maps before they call, and it's the biggest single factor in whether you show up in the map's top 3. We keep it complete and accurate, post two to three times a week and answer every review within 24 hours, so it keeps working while you work.

Spam watch
We flag competitor listings that break Google's rules, like keyword-stuffed names or fake addresses, and help get them corrected.
Why your profile matters more than your website for the map
The map results are built mostly from Google Business Profiles. Industry surveys of local SEO specialists rank the primary category, keywords in the business name, proximity and reviews among the top map factors, and most of those live in your profile. Your website matters most for the regular results below the map and for backing up what your profile says.
That's why a complete, accurate and active profile comes first. See the full list in our Google Business Profile optimization checklist.
How we manage it
- Audit. The free audit checks your profile against the businesses ahead of you on the map.
- Access. You add us as a manager. You stay the owner, and you can remove us any time.
- Fix. We correct categories, services, hours, service areas and details, using only facts you've confirmed.
- Keep it active. Posts every week, reviews answered within 24 hours and photos added as you send them.
- Report. Every week you get a plain-English update on what we did and how your map moved.
Rules we follow
We follow Google's guidelines for representing your business: your real business name, a real address (or a hidden one if you travel to customers) and no keyword stuffing. Breaking them can get a profile suspended, which costs far more than it gains.
If your business isn't showing up at all
A missing listing usually comes down to a handful of causes: an unverified or suspended profile, the wrong primary category, a duplicate listing or a service area set up incorrectly. We walk through each one in why your business isn't showing on Google Maps.
Questions owners ask
Do I lose control of my Google profile?
No. You stay the owner and add us as a manager, which you can remove at any time. We never change your business name, category or address without telling you.
Will you post things without asking me?
We post about your real services, recent work you share with us and seasonal reminders. Anything that makes a claim about your business, like an offer or a guarantee, comes from facts you've confirmed.
How do you reply to negative reviews?
Calmly, briefly and without arguing in public. We acknowledge the concern, invite the customer to contact you directly and never share private details about them.
Is Google Business Profile management included in every plan?
Yes. Profile management, review replies and posts are part of every plan, along with the website and AI search work.

- GuideGoogle Business Profile optimization checklist (2026)An optimized Google Business Profile is verified, uses your real business name and the most specific primary category, lists every service and area you actually serve, shows accurate hours, and has real photos and a steady flow of answered reviews. Google says complete, accurate information helps your profile show for relevant local searches, and that more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking. Work through the checklist below field by field, then check it again every month.
- GuideWhy is my business not showing on Google Maps? 9 causes and how to fix eachIf your business doesn't show on Google Maps even when you search its exact name, the profile itself has a problem: it isn't verified yet, it's suspended, it's marked as a duplicate, or a recent edit is still under review. If it shows for your name but not for searches like "plumber near me", it's a ranking problem: the wrong primary category, a searcher who's too far away, or competitors with more reviews. The 60-second name test below tells you which one you have.
- GuideHow to get more Google reviews (and stay within Google's rules)Ask every customer, soon after the job, with a direct link to your Google review form, and make it a routine rather than a one-time push. Don't offer anything in return and don't ask only the happy ones: Google bans both, and the FTC can seek penalties for fake reviews and for rewards tied to positive ones. How many reviews you need depends on the top 3 businesses near you, not on a fixed number.
