Whether AI assistants recommend you, or someone else
We ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Gemini about your main service in your area. You see whether each one named you, whether it used your website as a source, and which sites it cited instead. In this audit, 3 of the 4 that answered named the roofer, but only Perplexity linked to its site.
| Assistant | Mentioned you | Cited your site |
|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | Mentioned | Not cited |
| Google AI Overviews | No answer for this search | |
| Google AI Mode | Not mentioned | Not cited |
| Perplexity | Mentioned | Cited |
| Gemini | Mentioned | Not cited |

What your website is missing

This roofer had a page for every service, but the phone number and business name on its site didn't match its Google profile.

How the free audit works
- Find your business. Start typing your business name and pick it from the list, or enter your details by hand.
- We run the checks. We search Google Maps from 25 points around you, look at your profile, reviews and website, and ask the AI assistants about your main service.
- Read your report. In a few minutes you get a plain-English report with your score, your map and the first things to fix.
It's free, and there's no sales call needed to see the report. If you want help fixing what it finds, you can book a call from the report.
Why your rank depends on where the customer is standing
Google shows different businesses to people in different places. Most rank checkers give you one number from one spot, usually your own address, where you look your best. Your customers are spread across your whole area, so we check from 25 of them.
It's the same grid we use for the Top-3 Promise: on the Partnership plan, you pay no monthly fee until 5 of the 25 squares show you in the top 3.
What happens after the audit
Nothing, unless you want it to. The report is yours to keep and share. If you'd like us to fix what it finds, the report shows whether your area is open (we take one business per trade in each area) and lets you book a short call.
Want to fix things yourself first? Start with how to rank in the Google Maps 3-pack and the Google Business Profile checklist.

Guides
- GuideHow to rank in the Google Maps 3-pack (2026)Google says local results are based mainly on three things: relevance, distance and prominence, and that there's no way to pay for a better local ranking. You can't move closer to every customer, so you rank higher on Google Maps by winning on what you control: the most specific primary category, a verified and complete profile, a steady flow of real reviews, accurate hours and a website with a page for each service. Then you track your rank on a grid, because it changes from one neighborhood to the next.
- GuideWhy is my business not showing on Google Maps? 9 causes and how to fix eachIf your business doesn't show on Google Maps even when you search its exact name, the profile itself has a problem: it isn't verified yet, it's suspended, it's marked as a duplicate, or a recent edit is still under review. If it shows for your name but not for searches like "plumber near me", it's a ranking problem: the wrong primary category, a searcher who's too far away, or competitors with more reviews. The 60-second name test below tells you which one you have.
- GuideHow to get your business recommended by ChatGPT and Google's AI (2026)ChatGPT and Google's AI recommend local businesses that they can find described clearly and the same way across the web: on your website, your Google Business Profile, review sites and directories. There is no special file or code that gets you picked, and Google says AI Overviews and AI Mode have no extra requirements beyond normal search. What helps is what helps customers too: consistent facts, a page for each service, plenty of real reviews, and a place on the lists and directories assistants read.
