Who counts as a CMI contractor?
Any contractor who installs CMI's products, such as ShoreGuard vinyl or UltraComposite sheet piling or GatorDock docks, buys from CMI or a CMI distributor, or is in CMI's contractor network. We confirm it on our first call. There's nothing else to sign up for.
Why do CMI contractors get a lower price?
Because GrowLevel partners with CMI and its contractors. This rate is part of that partnership, so it's only for contractors in CMI's network.
What do I get for the $750?
Everything in our Standard plan, the plan we sell to everyone else for $997 a month: a new website, your Google Business Profile and reviews managed, AI search, content every month and a weekly report. Same team and same work. Only the price is different.
Are you guaranteeing I'll rank or get more calls?
No. No one can honestly guarantee a Google ranking, a number of calls or an amount of revenue, and we don't. Results depend on your area, your competitors and where you start. What we do promise is how you're billed: you pay no monthly fee until the map shows you in Google's top 3.
What exactly counts as "in the top 3"?
We check Google Maps from 25 points on a 5 by 5 grid centered on your business, for the search phrase we agree on. You're there when at least 5 of the 25 points show you in positions 1 to 3, on two scans at least 48 hours apart. If your first scan already shows 3 or more, the target is that number plus 5.
What happens after the first 6 paid months?
It's month to month at $750. You can stop any time with no fee, and the website, its content and images are yours to keep.
Is there any catch if I cancel early?
One, and it's in the agreement you sign. If you cancel before your sixth paid month, one month ($750) is due, even if you haven't reached the top 3 yet. It doesn't apply once day 120 has passed without you getting there.
